Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no contracts. Just go into your system members area and click "cancel".
What other fees can I expect?
The only other charges you have to worry other than our monthly subscription are the texts, emails & calls, which are billed directly through Twilio & Mailgun. Each text under 160 characters starts at $.01 cent each. An email is $.001 cent each. We give you $5 in free credit each month to cover the $1.16 for a phone number to use with the system and any additional charges for email and text messages.
What type of support & help can I expect?
We offer our live chat from 9 AM ET – 5 PM ET Monday – Friday. You can also use our online help resources, and a library of how-to videos. In addition we have a private TutorBoss community that offers live Q&A drop-in sessions 3x per week as well as tips and tricks shared daily.

How many contacts, funnels or courses can I have?
Unlimited! That's right, you can have as many contacts as you want (you aren't billed based on contacts in your system). You can have unlimited domains, unlimited funnels and create unlimited courses/products and you aren't charged a penny more!
